放射性^(125)I粒子组织间植入治疗腹膜后淋巴结转移15例临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨放射性125I粒子组织间植入治疗腹膜后淋巴结转移的疗效及安全性。方法采用治疗计划系统(TPS)模拟布源求出术中所需粒子的总活度及数量,在CT引导下对15例腹膜后淋巴结转移患者行肿瘤内125I粒子植入治疗。结果12例疼痛症状明显改善,13例2个月后CT复查显示病灶有不同程度缩小。结论125I放射性粒子组织间植入治疗腹膜后淋巴结转移疗效高、创伤小、并发症少。
