摘要
[目的]研究灵香草系统溶剂提取物对10种植物病原菌的抑制作用。[方法]分别以石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、甲醇和水为溶剂制取灵香草浸膏,用生长速率法测定各浸膏的抑菌活性。[结果]在浸液浓度为10 mg/ml时,乙酸乙酯提取物对8种病菌的抑制率为100%;氯仿提取物对甘蔗凤梨菌、芒果叶枯菌、玉米炭疽菌的抑制率高于90%,对香蕉炭疽菌、柿角斑菌的抑制率为88.39%和87.68%;甲醇提取物对稻瘟病菌的抑制率为100%,对甘蔗凤梨菌、水稻纹枯菌的抑制率高于90%;石油醚提取物的抑制率均在70%以下;水提物的抑菌活性最弱。预试试验表明,灵香草中含有萜类、黄酮类、醌类、内酯类、酚类和鞣质、氨基酸、多肽和蛋白质。[结论]灵香草粗提物对10种植物病原菌具有强的抑制活性。
[ Objective] The purpose was to research the inhibitions of extracts extracted from Lysimachia foenum-graecum by systematic solvents on 10 plant pathogens. [ Method ] The L. foenum-graecum extracts were produced with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetic methanol and water as solvents and their antibacterial activities were measured by growth rate method, [Result] When the extracts concn, was 10 mg/ml, the inhibitory rates on 8 pathogens of extracts extracted by ethyl acetic were 100% ;the inhibitory rates on Thielaviopsis paradma,Pestalotia calabae and Colletotrichum maydis of extracts extracted by chloroform were higher than 90% and their inhibitory rates on Glornsprium mnsarum and Persimmon angular were 88.39% and 87.68% ;the inhibitory rates on Pyricularia oryzae of extracts extracted by methanol was 100% and their inhibitory rates on T. paradoxa and Rhioctorda solani were higher than 90% ; the inhibitory rates of extracts extracted by petroleum ether were all lower than 70% and the antibacterial activity of extracts extracted by water was weakest. There were terpenoids, flavonoids, anthraquinones, lactones, phenols, tannins, amino acids, polypeptides and protein in L. foenum-graecum. [ Conclusion] The crude extracts of L.foenum-graecum had extensive antibacterial activity.
