兔牙移动过程中牙周组织及血清锌含量测定分析 被引量:5

摘要 〕目的:了解锌在正畸牙周组织改建中的作用。方法:利用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)测定在不同时间内,兔牙加力侧与自体非加力侧牙周组织及正畸矫治前后血清锌含量。结果:①在实验的第7d,加力侧牙周组织内锌含量增加显著(P<0.05);②血清锌在正畸加力后第3天下降明显,第5天基本恢复正常。结论:牙周组织中锌含量变化与牙齿移动过程中组织反应程度有关,锌参与了正畸牙周组织改建活动。 Objective: To observe the changes of zinc level in periodontal tissue and serum during orthodontic treatment in rabbits. Mettods: Experimental orthodontic treatment was given in rabbits and zinc concentration in the periodontal tissue and sersum.was measuse with atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS). Results: On day 7 zinc content in periodontium was 58.92±10.76μg/g at the forced side and 44.34±7.66μg/g at the non forced side( P <0.05)。 On day 3 zinc concentration in serum was 1.93±0.22μg/ml in the treated group and 2.28±0.28μg/ml in the control( P <0.05). On day 5 zinc levels in serum in the treated and contrtol groups were 2.24±0.26μg/ml and 2.28±0.28μg/ml respectively( P >0.05). Conclusion: The change of zinc content in periodontium and serum is related to the response of tissue in orthodontic tooth movement. Zinc is involved in periodontium remodeling.
