摘要
为探明包头引黄水库藻类高发的原因,按标准方法进行藻类培养试验,研究稀土元素Ce对水库水体中藻类的影响。结果表明稀土元素Ce对藻的种类和生物多样性有抑制作用;低浓度(1mg/L)Ce对藻类个体总数具有明显的刺激作用,优势藻种为绿藻;高浓度(20mg/L)Ce对藻类的数量有抑制作用;低浓度稀土元素对藻类的刺激作用可能是包头引黄水库水体富营养化的影响因素之一。
To find out the reason of high occurrence of algae in the reservoir of Baotou, Inner Mongolia, culture experiment was done to study the influence of lanthanon Ce on algae growth in the reservoir. Results showed that lanthanon Ce inhibited the diversity and variety of algae. Low concentration Ce of lmg/L obviously stimulated total number of algae, with chlorophyta as predominant algae. High concentration Ce of 20mg/L inhibited the number of algae. Stimulus effect of low concentration lanthanon on algae might be one of affected factors of eutrophication in the reservoir.
