摘要 采用吗啉和四乙基氢氧化铵为模板剂,研究了不同因素对水热合成法合成SAPO-34分子筛的影响。结果表明,陈化时间、晶化时间和搅拌对合成分子筛都有重要影响,最佳陈化和晶化时间均为24 h,适宜的搅拌速度为100r/min。以吗啉和吗啉-四乙基氢氧化铵为模板剂,采用先陈化后晶化并搅拌的方式均可得到SAPO-34分子筛,四乙基氢氧化铵的加入有利于合成小晶粒的分子筛。甲醇制烯烃(MTO)结果表明,甲醇转化率达98%以上,乙烯和丙烯总选择性达85%以上。 The effects of different factors on the synthesis of SAPO-34 with hydrothermal method were studied with morpholine and TEAOH as templates. The results show that aging time, crystallization time and stirring have an important influence on the synthesis of SAPO-34. Both the aging time and the crystallization time are 24 h respectively, and 100 r/min is a suitable stirring speed. SAPO-34 can be obtained with morpholine and morpholine-TEAOH as templates, and by using the mode of aging firstly, and then crystallization with stirring. The adding of TEAOH is favorable for obtaining the smaller SAPO-34 crystals. Methanol-to-olefin (MTO) results show that the conversion of methanol is more than 98%, and the selectivity to both ethylene and propylene reaches more than 85% respectively.
