摘要
针对水资源开发利用多指标不相容、评价模型精度难以控制等问题,为提高评价等级的分辨率和模型的精度,根据标准评价指标和等级,随机模拟大样本数据,运用训练数据随机交叉和回归误差控制等方法选择模型参数,建立水资源开发利用程度综合评价的支持向量机的通用模型.并以西安地区水资源开发利用评价为例进行验证.结果表明,通用模型适用性强,与模糊评价相比较,评价结果更加客观可靠.
In view of the multi-index incompatibility and low precision of the assessment model of water resources exploitation and utilization, and in order to improve standard divisive power and model precision, the following work has been finished. Firstly, a mass of sample data is simulated according to assessment index and standard. Secondly, the assessment model of support vector machine is built; and random cross and regression error control methods are utilized to select model parameters. The experiment on water resources exploitation and utilization of Xi'an city shows the above universal model has better application than fuzzy judgment model.
