摘要
阐述一临床医学信号实时动态监测分析系统的实现方案。此临床医学信号实时动态分析系统采用低负荷基本生命体征长时间连续检测方法,以病区为基本单元,实现了以病人为中心的病人临床信息网络,能够连接和控制病床前监护设备和急救设备。该系统能够和军队医院信息管理系统互联互通,共享信息,在医院应用中取得了良好效果。
This paper aims to illustrate the implementation scheme of a real-time monitoring and analyzing system for clinical medical signals. This system is established based on ward area , and makes use of the method of basic life parameters' long-time and continuous detection at low load. It can connect and control all sorts of current bedside monitoring and emergency equipment, so the patients' clinical information network is accomplished perfectly. Coinstan taneously the system can exchange data with military hospital information system (HIS) and is applied in hospital with satisfactory results.
