摘要
以Al-1%Si合金为对象,分别选取准φmm和准φmm两种传振杆,研究了超声波传振杆的端面面积对金属凝固组织的影响。结果表明,超声波传振杆的端面面积对Al-1%Si凝固组织有直接的影响。在相同的熔体处理条件下,使用直径小的传振杆处理金属熔体可以获得较好的细化效果。最后,从声压角度分析了产生这一现象的原因。
The effect of different ultrasonic probe area of end face on metal solidified structure was studied by using the Al-1%Si alloy, choosing respectively the two probes of Φ10 mm and Φ20 mm. The results indicate that the ultrasonic probe area of end face has the different effect on the Al-1%Si solidified structure. The metal, melt has a better refinement effect by using the small diameter probe under the same treatment conditions, and the reason is analyzed by sound pressure.
