摘要
目的研究强筋健骨胶囊对骨质疏松ICR小鼠脏器指数、血液生化指标、血液学指标和骨力学的影响。方法灌胃给予维甲酸4周造成小鼠维甲酸骨质疏松模型,第5～12周给予强筋健骨胶囊。给药结束后称量小鼠的脏器质量,计算脏器指数;眶静脉丛取血,采用自动生化分析仪和血球自动计数仪分别对血液生化指标和血液学指标进行测定;分离小鼠股骨,测量其长度,称量其质量,采用YLS-16A型小动物骨骼强度测定仪测量骨折应力和压碎力。结果强筋健骨胶囊对骨质疏松小鼠能显著升高白细胞数量,能非常显著性增加其股骨骨折应力和压碎力。结论强筋健骨胶囊能显著地增强骨折应力和压碎力,提示其对骨质疏松患者可能有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Qiangjin Jiangu Capsule on organ index, blood biochemistry, hematology and biomechanics of ICR mice with osteoporosis. Methods Mice were fed retinoic acid（RA） in early 4 weeks to get mice＇s osteoporosis model, and given Qiangjin Jiangu Capsule from the fifth to the twelfth weeks. After 12 weeks, we isolated some of their organs and femoral bones, measured and then calculated organ index. Blood biochemistry and hematology were determined by automatic biochemistry analyzer and blood cell au- tomatic events- per- unit- time meter. Bone fracture stress and crushing force of each femoral bone were measured. Results Qiangjin Jiangu Capsule had little effect on mice＇s organs index and could increase the number of white blood cells and significantly enhance bone fracture load and crushing load of femoral bone. Conclusion Qiangjin Jiangu Capsule could significantly strengthen bone fracture stress and crushing force, which shows that maybe it have a good effect on treating osteoporosis.
