摘要
目的评价CT三维重建法测量颅内血肿体积的价值。方法用塑料套装上造影剂与水的混合物模拟颅内血肿,并按体积分为14组,每组接受10次CT扫描,分别用三维重建法及多田法对每组进行10次测量,然后两组数据进行配对t检验。结果CT三维重建法测量颅内血肿体积准确性明显高于多田法测量,更接近于实际血肿体积。结论CT三维重建法可以迅速准确的测量颅内血肿体积,符合临床急诊的要求,值得在临床推广应用。
Aim To explore the value of measuring intracranial hematoma volume by the method of CT three - dimensional reconstruction. Methods The mixture ofcontrast agent and water packaged with plastic bag simulated intracranial hematoma,then divided into 14 groups by the volume. Each group received 10 times scanning and mearsuring their volume was measured by the methods of CT three-dimensional reconstruction and tada formula. At last the two groups of data matching t-test was made for the data. Results The method of three-dimensional reconstruction measuring the volume of intracranial hematoma is more accurate than the method of tada formula, and is closer to the actual intracranial hematoma volume. Conclusion The method of CT three-dimensional reconstruction measuring the volume of intracranial hematoma proves quick and accurate. The method of CT three-dimensional reconstruction measuring the value of intracranial hematoma volume meets the requirements of emergency, This approach is worth promoting for hemorrhage clinical use.
