摘要 "4+1"校企合作办学模式已经成为五年制高职人才培养的主导模式。学生经过4年在校的专业理论学习及基本专业技能训练后,最后1年在企业完成教学计划规定的学习任务,使所学知识在实际岗位中得到及时充分的运用,实现学生与企业职工的"零距离对接"。推进高职"4+1"校企合作深层次发展,一要发挥学校的主导作用,二要发挥企业的技能教育主体作用。 The school-enterprise"4 + 1" cooperation pattern has become the dominant pattern of the five year higher vocational education personnel training. After the student have studied professional theory and been trained with the basic professional skill in the school for four years, they will spend one more year in an enterprise to complete their learning as defined in the education plan. This model makes the students be able to fully utilize what they have learned in practice on an actual post with "zero distances" between the student and the enterprise staff. While promoting the "4 + 1" pattern into further development,we must first bring into play the leading role of the schools, and secondly, let the enterprise to play the role of the main body of skill training.
