摘要
大田栽培条件下,以"花育22号"品种为材料,研究了有机无机肥配施对夏花生根系活力和叶片衰老的影响。结果表明:有机无机肥配施可以提高叶面积系数、叶片中叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量以及有关保护酶的活性,降低MDA含量,延缓生育后期的衰老速率,提高生育后期的光合作用积累,有机无机肥配施效果显著好于单施无机肥和有机肥处理,单施无机肥在生育前期的效果好于单施有机肥,而单施有机肥的处理在生育后期效果好于单施无机肥。因此,有机无机肥配施是花生较为理想的施肥方式。
Field experiment was carried out to understand the effect of combining application of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on the leaf senescence in summer-planting "Huayu 22"peanut. The results showed: Combining application of organic manure and chemical fertilizer was able to improve LAI, Chl and soluble protein content as well as activity of SOD, POD, CAT, while decrease the MDA content in leaf. That is to say that combined application delayed the leaf senescence rate and enhanced photosynthetic accumulation during the later growing stage of peanut plant. Among the treatments of fertilizer-application, the effect of the combination of organic and chemical fertilizer application was more effective than pure mineral fertilizer (PMF) or pure organic fertilizer (POF) on delaying leaf senescence of peanut. So it was the perfect fertilizer application which is good for peanut.
