双侧拉杆式口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 口腔矫治器治疗睡阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)在我国应用于临床已近十年,种类较多,但多半是不能调节下颌前伸、缺乏口腔生理的活动度,或临床制作复杂的可调式,妨碍了其广泛应用,近年来出现的“新英牌”半成品双侧拉杆式阻鼾器,临床制作简单,下颌前伸可调节,我科从2004年起开始了该矫治器的临床研究,效果良好,现报告如下。
