摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Al2O3-SiO2溶胶粉末,用制备好的Al2O3-SiO2溶胶粉末作为结合剂合成莫来石耐火材料。研究Al2O3,SiO2和Al2O3-SiO2溶胶的不同配比对莫来石耐火材料性能的影响。结果表明:在不加入Al2O3情况下,SiO2微粉的加入量在77%~87%范围内逐渐增加时,耐火材料的体积密度增大,显气孔率降低,吸水率变化不明显;当加入30%的SiO2微粉时,随着Al2O3微粉加入量在52%~62%范围内逐渐增加,试样的体积密度先增后减,在加入量为57%时达到最高;当Al2O3-SiO2粉末加入量2%~4%时,显气孔率逐渐上升,体积密度也增加,当加入量超过5%时,耐火材料的体积密度下降,显气孔率逐渐上升。 Sol-gel is an important kind of method to prepare Al2O3-SiO2 powder as a binder in the mullite refractories . In order to get different mullite refractories of good properties, the rates of Al2O3,SiO2 and Al2O3-SiO2 are adjusted to investigate the effect of porosity, the water-absorptivity and the bulk density in mullite refractories, respectively.The study shows: As the proportion of SiO2 changes from 77% to 87%, without adding Al2O3, the bulk density increases, the porosity decreases and the water-absorptivity changes uneonspicuous ; As the amount of A1203 changes from 52% to 62%,adding 30% Si02 to the refractories,the bluk density increases first,then falls,and reaches the max point when the amount of Al2O3 is 57%; When 2%-4% Al2O3-SiO2 is added to the refractory ,the porosity becomes large and the bulk density rises.When the amount of Al2O3-SiO2 is more than 5%,the porosity still rises,but the bulk density gradually falls down.
