泊洛沙姆407温度敏感型原位凝胶的研究进展 被引量:32

摘要 目的介绍泊洛沙姆407温度敏感型凝胶的研究新进展。方法通过查阅近年来国内外的相关文献,选取有代表性的学术期刊进行综述。结果泊洛沙姆407温度敏感型凝胶常用的制备方法是冷法,评价指标包括相转变温度、凝胶强度、生物黏附力、流变学性质、释放度等,给药途径多样,主要毒性在于对脂代谢的改变。研究趋势包括添加各种辅料(泊洛沙姆188,羟丙甲纤维素,卡波姆等);把药物先制成包合物、脂质体、微球、纳米粒等,再用泊洛沙姆407凝胶包裹;对泊洛沙姆407进行结构修饰等。结论泊洛沙姆407温度敏感型凝胶是安全、理想的新剂型。
