摘要
建立了番茄红素软胶囊的质量标准,采用薄层色谱法对番茄红素软胶囊中番茄红素进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对番茄红素软胶囊中番茄红素进行含量测定。在优选的TLC条件下,可定性鉴别番茄红素软胶囊中番茄红素;在优选的HPLC条件下,番茄红素在0.14~44.04μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.3%,RSD为2.80%。所建立方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可用于番茄红素软胶囊的质量控制。
To establish the quality standard for lycopene soft gels. The qualitative identifications of lycopene in lycopene soft gels were performed by TLC and the Icopene in the formulation was quantified by HPLC. On the optimal conditions, lycopene in lycopene soft gels can be qualitative and quantitative identified. Calibration curves were found to be linear with the ranges of 0.14-44.0 μg/mL. The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve for the lycopene was 0.9999. The average recovery was 99.3% and RSD was 2.80%. This reliable, accurate and specific method can be used for quality control of lycopene soft gels.
