摘要
采用在反应物中添加不同比例的Na2HPO4和NaH2PO4、在不同pH值条件下制备氨基甲酸酯直链淀粉以及在氨基甲酸酯直链淀粉中添加不同比例的聚酯浆料等方法对氨基甲酸酯直链淀粉的浆纱性能进行了改进。结果表明,在直链淀粉∶Na2HPO4∶NaH2PO4∶尿素为60∶4∶2∶5、pH值为5的条件下制备的氨基甲酸酯直链淀粉与聚酯浆料以60∶40混合使用时,浆料的黏度热稳定性及其与纯棉棉纱和涤棉棉纱的黏附性能良好。
To modify the performances of carbamate amylose by adding different proportion of Na2HPO4 and NaH2PO4 and in different pH condition, adding different proportion of polyester to carhamate amylase. The result shows that the viscosity thermal stability and the cohesion to pure cotton and polyestercotton of paste mixed carhamate amylose prepared at amylose starch:Na2 HPO4:NaH2 PO4: urea being 60: 4: 2:5 and pH being 5 with 60% of carbamate amylose and 40% of polyester are good.
