摘要
分类是观察世界、认识世界的重要途径,也是教育研究的重要方法。教育政策类型研究是公共政策研究的前沿领域,但目前学术界尚未形成专门的教育政策类型研究。已有研究主要表现为描述型研究,学理性不够充分,划分标准宽泛笼统、缺乏稳定性和科学性。教育政策类型划分的标准取决于对教育政策本质的理解,教育政策类型研究是教育政策研究的前研究。
Classification is not only the approach observing and appreciating the world, but also an important means of educational research. The type of educational policy studies are at the forefront in the public policy research field, but the academic community has not formed a special type of education policy study yet. The existing researches have been mainly describing researches with academic insufficientation'And the criteria which is lack of scientific stability for the classification is vague, obscure and ambiguous.The criteria of how to distinguish educational policy depends on the understanding of the nature of educational policy. Study on the type of the educational policy is the pre-research of the study on educational policy.
