摘要
预制式电缆终端在现场安装时,存在应力锥安装错位的情况。为此,运用有限元法研究电缆终端应力锥安装错位时的高压静电场的分布和数值大小,得出结论:当应力锥覆盖电缆半导电层不满60mm时,电场畸变较小,对设备危害不大;当应力锥覆盖电缆半导电层超过60mm时,电场畸变大,易发生局部放电。现场试验结果与该结论相符。
The stress cone of prefabricated cable terminal may be installed incorrectly on site. Therefore, the distribution and magnitude of HV electrostatic field in incorrectly installed stress cone of cable terminal are studied by use of finite element method. It is concluded that when the stress cone coverage on the semi-conductive layer of cable is less than 60 mm, smaller field distortion is caused and the impact on equipment is not great; when the stress cone coverage on the semi-conductive layer of cable exceeds 60 mm, the filed distortion is large and partial discharge may be caused easily. Field test results correspond with the conclusion.
