摘要 上皮-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)是一类介导上皮细胞-细胞间粘附作用的钙依赖性跨膜糖蛋白。它与细胞内链蛋白(catenin)的家族成员α-catenin、β-catenin、γ-catenin以及p120ctn结合构成粘蛋白-链蛋白复合体(cadherin catenin complex,CCC),维持着上皮细胞间粘附力和正常上皮组织结构完整性和极性,在肿瘤演进过程中扮演着重要的角色。E-cadherin/p120ctn在恶性肿瘤中表达异常,提示其在恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润、转移中具有一定的作用。 E-cadherin is a class of calcium-dependent membrane glycoprotein that mediated the intercellular adhesion of epithelial cells. It is combinated with catenin family members of the α - catenin, β - catenin,γ- catenin and p120ctn, and constitute a combination of cadherin catenin complex(CCC), which maintain the intercellular adhesion of epithelial cells,normal epithelial tissue structure and integrity of the polarity and play an important role in the evolution of the tumor. E- cadherin/p120ctn abnormally expresses in malignant tumors, might be play a certain role in the development, invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors.
