摘要
Parkin基因是与帕金森病关系最为密切的基因,对其结构、功能及其表达各方面研究也越来越多,尤其是表观遗传调控机制的提出,为我们从另一角度理解帕金森病提供了重要线索。本文从Parkin基因的结构、功能及其表达对Parkin基因进行了详细的阐述,并试述了其甲基化的可能性。
Parkin gene, identified as a causative gene of Parkinson's disease(PD), has been studied more and more on the construction, function and transcription, expression. Especially, Epigenetics is raised as the important clue, to comprehend PD for us from another view. This article summarizes Parkin gene, in detail on the construction, function and transcription, expression, as well as tries to state its methylation possibility.
