摘要
经过长期使用,木梁易发生老化损伤和端部腐朽,导致其承载力和耐久性明显降低,影响结构的正常使用。共进行了10根内嵌CFRP筋维修加固旧木梁的试验研究。试验共分两组,第一组5根试件重点研究内嵌CFRP筋加固老化旧木梁,研究参数包括CFRP筋根数、端部锚固等;第二组5根试件重点研究旧木梁端部替换后内嵌CFRP筋维修的效果,研究参数包括截断位置、是否用CFRP布包裹等。研究结果表明,内嵌CFRP筋加固老化旧木梁不仅可明显提高其受弯承载力,其破坏模式由脆性受拉破坏转变为延性受压破坏,且加固木梁跨中截面变形仍符合平截面假定。端部腐朽旧木梁的端部用完好木梁替换,在受拉面和受压面内嵌CFRP筋并用竖向CFRP布包裹后,其受弯承载力可完全恢复并有一定提高。内嵌CFRP筋维修加固老化损伤旧木梁是行之有效的方法,可用于历史木结构的维修加固工程实践。
Timber beams may easily suffer from decay and aging. Ten old timber beams repaired and strengthened with NSM CFRP rods were experimentally studied. There were two groups of specimens. The first group consisted of five specimens strengthened with near-surface mounted (NSM) CFRP rods, and the experimental factors include the amount of CFRP rods and end anchorage. The second group consisted of five specimens with the decay end replaced and repaired with NSM CFRP rods, and the experimental factors include the location of cut-off and whether or not glued with CFRP wrap. The test results have shown that the ultimate strength and ductility of old timber beams reinforced by NSM CFRP rods were significantly increased, and the failure mode has changed from brittle tension to ductile compression failure. During the loading phase, the strain profiles of middle-span cross- section were nearly linear. After replacing the decay end of old timber beams with intact wood and gluing with NSM CFRP rods and CFRP wrap near the cut-off area, the bending strength would be restored. Repaired and strengthened old timber beams with NSM CFRP rods can be used for the restoration of historical buildings.
