糖尿病患者足细胞标志蛋白和胱抑素C检测及临床意义

Determination of podocalyxin and cystatin C and its clinical significance in patients with diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨尿中足细胞标志蛋白(PCX)和血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)浓度与糖尿病并发症的关系。方法用HITACHI7600-020生化分析仪对106例糖尿病患者和50例健康体检者尿PCX、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)和血清中Cys-C、葡萄糖(Glu)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)等临床化学指标进行检测。结果糖尿病组尿PCX,血清Glu、Cys-C结果与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);尿α1-MG糖尿病组与健康对照组比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测尿PCX和血清Cys-C能早期提示肾脏功能受损。 Objective To explore the relationship between urine podocalyxin (PCX),serum cystatin C (CysC) concentration and diabetic complications. Methods HITACHI7600-020 biochemical analyzer was applied to measuring urine levels of PCX and α1-microglobulin (al-MG), serum levels of CysC, glucose (Glu), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) in 106 patients with diabetes mellitus (DDM group) and 50 healthy controls (healthy control group). Results There were statistical difference in levels of serum GLU,urine PCX (P〈0. 001) and α1-MG (P〈0.05) between DDM group and healthy control group. Conclusion Determination of podocalyxin and cystatin C contributes to early diagnosis of renal functional injury.
