摘要
首先介绍车间制造执行系统的概念,并分析了车间制造执行系统对工装管理的需求;其次利用STEP标准中EXPRESS-G表示方法实现工装资源的特征描述;然后运用面向对象的思想对工装管理系统进行了分析与设计,并遵循J2EE模式给出了系统总体架构;最后介绍了JavaBeans组件技术、JavaScript脚本技术以及CSS技术等系统实现关键技术。
The paper firstly put forwards the concept of manufacturing execution system (MES), and analyzes its requirement for craft equipment management. What's more, the feature description of craft equipment resource is realized by EXPRESS-G method of STEP. Craft equipment management system is analyzed and designed by object oriented method, and the system architecture is discussed according to J2EE mode. The paper finally introduces the key technologies of system realization, such as JavaBeans component technology, JavaScript script technology and CSS technology.
