摘要
提出了齿轮装置热系统建模的方法,分析了主要热源和传热的热物理量,并编制了相应的程序,运用有限元法计算和分析了全工况下齿轮动态温度场,从而为齿轮的热态设计提供了必要的理论依据.
Because of the complicated operating conditions, the temperature distribution in a helical gear under total operating mode must be known. A modeling method for the thermal aspect of a geared system is proposed, and the main heat sources as well as various thermo physical quantities of heat transfer are discussed. Calculation formulas required and corresponding computer program are given. The dynamic temperature field of the gear under total operating mode has been computed with FEM. It is found that the body temperature in the gear tooth is distributed non uniformly.
