摘要
针对单向纤维增强复合材料以及复合纤维束的结构特征,建立了其双尺度分析模型,并将之应用于单向纤维增强复合材料刚度参数和强度参数的预测,给出了基于高阶双尺度分析方法力学参数计算的算法流程及数值算例,验证了模型及算法的正确性和有效性,同时给出了纤维两种规则排列方式下其力学参数的演变规律.
According to the characteristic of single direction fiber-reinforced composite materials and composite fiber threads, the Two-Scale Analysis (TSA) model was developed for the mechanics parameters prediction of fiber-reinforced composite materials, including stiffness parameters and strength parameters. Then the procedure of mechanics parameter computation algorithms based on TSA was discussed, and some results of numerical experiments were given. They show that the model and algorithms given in the paper are feasible and valid. Simultaneously, the influence of the fibers' packing modes on mechanics parameters of fiber-reinforced composite materials was shown.
