摘要
针对在线电解修整(ELID)磨削电源设计的要求,提出了一种基于TI公司的16位单片机MSP430为主控制系统的磨削脉冲电源,介绍了系统的总设计方案以及软件设计.该电源利用MSP430的定时器功能控制产生高频脉冲,该脉冲信号的频率和占空比可分别在较大范围内调整,实现了脉冲电流的输出.
According to the demand of online design of grinding pulsed power ELID, this paper puts forward a kind of grinding pulsed power based on MSP430 ,which contains 16 bits in TI company ,meanwhile, it introduces the total system design scheme and the software project. This power produces high frequency pulse signal using the timer of MSP430, the frequency and the duty cycle of this kinds of pulse signal can be regulated in large extension to realize the output of pulse current.
