摘要
目的:探讨炙甘草汤对大鼠气血两虚型心律失常和免疫系统的影响。方法:在放血和环磷酰胺并用致使大鼠气血两虚的基础上,采用乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常,观察大鼠体征变化、血细胞数量的变化、免疫器官脾脏和胸腺的组织病理学改变;测定大鼠心律失常的潜伏时间、维持时间、发生率和死亡率;测定大鼠心肌酶CK和LDH的活性。结果:炙甘草汤能够明显拮抗放血和环磷酰胺并用对大鼠免疫系统和血液系统的抑制作用;同时,炙甘草汤能够明显延长心律失常的潜伏时间、缩短心律失常的维持时间和降低心律失常的死亡率。结论:炙甘草汤能提高大鼠的免疫功能,对大鼠气血两虚型心律失常有显著的保护作用。
Objective： To study the effect of Zhigancao Decoction on arrhythmia with deficiency of both Qi and Blood in Rats. Method： On the basis of syndrome of both Qi and blood deficiency in rats induced by bloodletting and cyclophosphamide, arrhythmia was induced by aconitine. The changes of objective sign, peripheral blood, and pathological section of both spleen and thymus were observed. As the same time, arrhythmia latency, arrhythmia duration, incidence rate, mortality, and activities of both CK and LDH were determined. Result： Zhigancao Decoction can markedly reduce the effect of both immune system and hematological system by bloodletting and cyclophosphamide in rats. On the basis of nourishing both Qi and blood of Zhigancao Decoction, arrhythmia latency was increased significantly, arrhythmia duration was decreased significantly, mortality induced by arrhythmia were also reduced. Conclusion： Zhigancao Decoction had significantly protective effect on arrhythmia with deficiency of both Qi and blood in Rats.
