常压浓缩与减压浓缩对大黄水煎液中蒽醌类化合物含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察常压、减压两种浓缩方法对大黄水煎液中蒽醌类成分含量的影响。方法大黄中蒽醌类成分采用水煎取后,分别采用常压和减压进行浓缩,同时采用HPLC法测定大黄不同时段浓缩液中游离蒽醌与结合蒽醌的含量。结果对于结合蒽醌,除芦荟大黄素外,其余成分最终得率常压浓缩均高于减压浓缩;对于游离蒽醌,除大黄酸外,其余成分最终得率常压浓缩均低于减压浓缩。结论常压及减压浓缩对大黄水煎液中蒽醌类成分含量有一定的影响。 Objective To observe the influence of different condense processes on anthraquinone content in water extract of rhubarb. Methods The water extract solution was condensed by normal pressure and reduced pressure condense technique after the anthraquinone was extracted from rhubarb with water. The contents of free and combined anthraquinone in water extract were measured by HPLC. Results For the combined anthraquinone, normal pressure was more effective than reduced pressure except for the aloe-emodin. For the free anthraquinone, normal pressure was less effective than reduced pressure except for the rhein. Conclusion Normal pressure and reduced pressure condense have different influence on the contents of anthraquinone in water extract.
