氧化钴催化薄膜的制备及在微量氨检测中的应用

摘要 利用溅射法在多孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜上制备了铂金属和金属钴,利用阳极氧化法将金属钴氧化成氧化钴,并将氧化钴制成工作电极;在相同的聚四氟乙烯薄膜上制备了铂黑电极,以氢气为参比气体。选择电极工作电位为0.33 V,检测合成氨联醇工艺原料气中微量氨的含量。检测器对体积分数1.0×10-6的氨气输出电流27.8μA,检出限为体积分数0.08×10-6,响应速度45 s,恢复速度100 s,氨气浓度在0~2.0×10-6范围内,检测器电流输出与氨气浓度呈线性关系。 Platinum and cobalt film is sputtered on the surface of a porous PTFE film, and then the cobalt is anodic oxidized to cobalt oxide. The film is employed as working electrode with cobalt oxide acting as catalyst. On the other FIFE film Pt film is sputtered and then Pt black is electroplated, which is used as a reference electrode with hydrogen reference gas. The potential of the working electrode is setup at 0.33 V to detect the concentration of trace ammonia. The output current of the detector to 1 ×10^-6 of volume fraction of ammonia is 27.8μA;the detecting limit is about 0.08 ×10^-6 of volume fraction.The response time of the detector is about 45 s, and the recovery time is about 100 s. It shows a linear relationship between the output current and the concentration of ammonia at range of 0- 2.0×10^-6 of volume fiaction.
