摘要
当前开展高校科技服务的主要难点在于如何搞好科技与经济的结合以及加速成果转化。搞好高校科技服务的最大问题不是学校科技力量不足，也不是科研资源和成果欠缺，而是一种与社会主义市场经济相适应的新思想和新观念的引入。
At present, the problem facing colleges and universities in offering scientific and technological services is how to combine science and technology with economy and how to speed up the transformation of scientific research achievements. This paper argues that colleges and universities lack neither forces for scientific and technological research nor resources for scientific research and scientific research achievements. What they really lack is the new idea and new concept which conform to the socialist market economy.
