摘要
研究了水泥、粉煤灰及骨料对混凝土多孔砖性能的影响,尤其是对其抗冻融性能的影响。试验结果表明:强度和水泥用量是混凝土多孔砖抗冻性的关键因素,当水泥用量14%以上,掺加一定的外加剂,混凝土多孔砖强度等级达MU15以上时,混凝土多孔砖可达到50次冻融循环,能满足严寒地区的使用要求。
In this paper, the influences of cement, fly ash and aggregate on performances of concrete perforated brick, especially frost resistance were presented. The results showed that strength and cement dosage were the main factors of frost resistance of concrete perforated brick, When cement dosage was above 14% and certain additives were added in concrete perforated brick, the strength grade of concrete perforated brick was more than MU15 and the concrete perforated brick can resist 50 freeze-thaw cycles which may satisfied with application requirements in cold condition.
