摘要
目的观察健脾抗癌方配合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法将62例晚期大肠癌患者随机分为健脾抗癌方加化疗组(治疗组)和单纯化疗组(对照组)各31例,治疗2个月后观察两组临床疗效以及患者生活质量、3年生存率以及免疫、癌胚抗原(CEA)等指标的变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为32.3%、29.0%,组间疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者生活质量、免疫指标均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后无显著差异(P>0.05);两组癌胚抗原均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生存率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾抗癌方配合化疗对改善晚期大肠癌患者免疫功能、提高生活质量、延长生存期等方面有一定作用,并能减轻化疗不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Jianpi Kangai Decoction＂ combined with chemotherapy in treating advanced large intestine cancer. Methods Sixty-two subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 31 cases received ＂Jianpi Kangai Decoction＂ ＆ chemotherapy and control group in which another 31 eases received chemotherapy alone. The clinical effects, quality of life, three-year survival rate, immune function and eareinoembryonie antigen （CEA） level in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 32.3% in treatment group and 29.0% in control group, with no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉0.05 ） ; after treatments, the quality of life and cellular immunity were improved in treatment group（ P 〈0.05 ）, while not improved in control group（ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the CEA level was reduced in both groups（ P 〈0.05 ）, acith a difference between two groups （P 〈0.05） ; and the survival rate was higher and incidence of adverse reaction was lower in treatment group than in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Jianpi Kangai Decoction＂ is effective to boost immunity, increase the quality of life and extend survival span.
