摘要
基于单个制造商,单个3PL服务提供商和单个零售商组成的三级供应链系统,将第三方物流服务提供商定量地引入到供应链协调中来,并在物流服务价格由制造商和零售商共同分担的条件下,应用博弈论理论对供应链系统的定价、产量和利润进行了分析。发现零售商所承担的服务价格的比例越大,各节点企业的利润也相应地增大,从而通过设置合理的分摊比例,可以达到优化供应链的目的。对于联合决策,为了避免合作失败的风险,本文基于合作满意度,运用NASH谈判模型设计了供应链系统的利益分配方法,最后通过数值算例对结果进行了验证。
The system of supply chain includes a supplier, a retailer and a third party logistics service provider, third party logistics service provider was introduced to supply chain coordination quantifieationally, and the price of logistics service is shared by manufacturer and retailer. Pricing decisions, output and profits are analyzed by game theory. The loading ratio of service price tor retailer is larger, enterprises' profit are all improved. In order to avoid cooperative risk, supply chain coordination method is given by NASH negotiation mode according to the satisfaction degree of cooperating partners. Finally the results are verified with an example.
