摘要
通过盆栽试验研究有机无机肥配施对南茼蒿产量、生长和品质的影响.结果表明:与不施肥(CK)和单施化肥处理(U)相比,有机无机复混肥处理都提高了南茼蒿叶绿素含量和生物量,增加了其维生素C和可溶性糖含量,减少了可食部分硝酸盐含量,其中,收获期含15.0%有机质复混肥处理(OIF15)的单产比CK和处理U分别提高了19.9%和12.2%,生物量鲜重分别增加了27.8%和22.9%,干重分别增加了30.9%和33.1%,维生素C含量分别增加了62.1%和149.0%,可溶性糖含量分别增加了14.8%和25.4%.处理U的硝酸盐含量最高,显著高于其他处理,处理OIF15处理比CK和处理U的硝酸盐含量分别减少了11.4%和34.9%.
A pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of application of organic and inoganic fertilizer on yield content of, quality and growth of corn marigold. The results are as follows:organic inorganic complex fertilizers increased content of chlorophyll and biomass in the process of development of corn marigold in contrast to CK (no fertilizer) and U (chemical fertilizer), meanwhile, also improved contents of vitamin C and soluble sugar, but decreased the nitate content. The optimum treatment OIF15 (containing 15.0% of organic matter combination) increased the yeild by 19.9% and 12.2%, the dry weight by 30.9% and 33.1%, the vitamin C by 62.1% and 149.0%, the soluble sugar by 14.8% and 25.4% in comparison to CK and U. Nitate content in corn marigold reached the highest in treatment U, the treatment of OIF 15 decreased nitate content by 11.4% and 34.9% compared to CK and U.
