摘要
目的建立同时测定急支糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱、原儿茶酸和柚皮苷的含量方法。方法固相萃取结合高效液相色谱法,采用Phenomenex luna C18(2)为分析柱,以乙腈和0.2%磷酸(含0.2%三乙胺)为流动相的梯度洗脱方法,检测波长为207nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.0202~0.5050μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992,n=6),平均回收率为97.37%;原儿荼酸在0.113~2.825μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993,n=6),平均回收率为98.19%;柚皮苷在0.117~2.925μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991,n=6),回收率为99.74%。结论所建立的定量方法简便可行、重复性好,可作为急支糖浆的质量监控方法。
Objective To develop a RP-HPLC with solid-phase extraction method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride,protocatechuic acid,and naringin in Jizhi Syrup. Methods The Phenomenex luna C18 (2) and gradient elution program,with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.2 % phosphoric acid (containning 0.2 % triethylamine) were applied. The DAD detector was set at 207 nm. Results The calibration curve of ephedrine hydrochloride was linear in the range between 0. 020 2-0. 505 0μg with the average recovery of 97. 37% ,the calibration curve of protocatechuic acid was linear in the range between 0. 113-2. 825μg with the average recovery of 98.19 % ,and the calibration curve of naringin was linear in the range between 0. 117-2. 925μg with the average recovery of 99.7%. Conclusion The method is appropriate for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride,protocatechuic acid,and naringin in Jizhi Syrup.
