摘要
目的建立测定白花蛇舌草中3,4-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用ODS柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05%磷酸水溶液(15:85,V/V)为流动相,在254nm波长处检测。3,4-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯浓度在2.5~50μg·ml^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994);样品的加样回收率为100.4%(n=9);结果精密度及重复性良好,RSD均不大于2.6%。结论该法简便、准确,可以作为对白花蛇舌草药材进行质量控制的一种定量。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of 3,4 - dihydroxy methyl benzoate in Hedyotis diffusa Willd.. Methods ODS (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm)column was used with a mobile phase consisted of mixture of methanol -0.05% phosphonic acid ( 15: 85, V/V) by flow rate of 0.8 ml · min^ -1 in this method. UV detector wavelength was 254 nm. Results There was good linear relationship within the range of 2.5 - 50 μg · ml^-1 (r = 0. 999 4). The average recovery was 100.4% (n = 9). Both the precision and reproducibility were good with RSD of 2.3% and 2.6% , respectively. Conclusion An accurate, simple quantitative method with good reproducibility to assay 3,4 - dihydroxy methyl benzoate in Hedyotis diffusa Willd. was developed.
