摘要 目的研究白花蛇舌草对人肺巨细胞癌细胞株PG细胞端粒酶活性的影响,以探讨其抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法用不同浓度的白花蛇舌草含药血清分别处理人肺巨细胞癌细胞株PG细胞,采用流式细胞仪法观察其对PG细胞端粒酶活性的影响。结果经白花蛇舌草含药血清作用的PG细胞端粒酶活性明显下降。结论下调肿瘤细胞的端粒酶活性,可能是白花蛇舌草抗肿瘤的重要机制之一。 Objective To investigate the anti - cancer mechanism of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae in PG cell by observing the telomerase activity in vitro. Methods FCM was used to detect the inhibitory rate of telomerase activity. Results The telomerase activity of PG cell was down - regulated significantly by Herba Hedyotis Diffusae. Conclusion Down - regulation of telomerase activity may be responsible for anti - cancer effect of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae.
