摘要
碳酸盐岩地区的地质构造复杂。如高温、高压、高倾角地层,致密的裂缝性地层和高硫化氢含量、多压力系统带来严重的井漏、井喷、卡钻和井壁垮塌,使钻井安全受到严重制约。针对上述问题开展的科研攻关已获得一系列成果,包括:深井优化钻井设计技术;喷射钻井和钻头优选技术;利用井下动力钻具提高钻速技术;高陡构造钻井中靶技术;井壁稳定技术;深井高密度钻井液工艺技术;深井防漏堵漏技术;川式取心工具及工艺技术;定向侧钻工艺技术;碳酸盐岩气藏保护油气层技术,以及总公司“九五”科技工程项目———复杂地质条件深井、超深井钻井技术等研究试验得到进一步提高。全面推广运用上述科技成果,将使四川地区碳酸盐岩深井钻井技术及其技术经济指标迈上一个新台阶。
Geologic features in carbonate formation are complicated,such as:high temperature,high pore pressure,high dip angle,tight fractured formation,high H 2S content and multi pressure system.This situation cause the lost circulation,blowout,hydration and sidewell collapse,thus drilling speed is badly restricted.A series of achievements have been got by the researching of science technology difficulties.They are:optimizing drilling design technology in deep well,jet drilling and optimizing bit technology,improving penetration speed technology using downhole motor,targetting technology on high and steep structure,preventing and handing technology of loss circulation control in deep well,Chuan type coring tools and its applied technology,directional sidetracking technology,preventing oil and gas formation technology in carbonate rock gas reservoir,deep drilling technology in complicated geological conditions.If these achievements,are popularized on a large scale in Sichuan oil & gas field,the deep drilling technology in carbonate rock and its technical economical index will go to a new step.
