摘要
介绍了一种基于微控制器及容栅技术所实现的数字式皮革测厚仪,分别从软、硬件两方面阐述了系统的设计方案.通过实际试用证明该仪表具有测量分辨率高、低功耗及稳定性好等优点,且新增加的定时显示功能可以保证仪器在满足行业执行标准的前提下精确测定皮革厚度.
In this paper, a digital gague for measuring thickness of leather is introduced based on Micro Controll Unit and capacitance grating technique, and system development program is elaborated both in hardware and software. It has advantages such as high resolution, low power consumption and good stability, which has been shown in realistic use. Furthermore, accurate measurement based on the implementation standards can be obtained due to new function of "timing-display" in this guage.
