摘要
可靠性是产品或工程的质量的重要指标.为了提高质量中的可靠性指标,本文针对石油工业的目前情况,提出了3个认识问题,即:可靠性工程的两重性与系统性;可靠性管理的能动性与全面性;可靠性教育的重要性与紧迫性.文章认为这3个认识问题的解决,会有助于石油工业中可靠性技术的实施与可靠性管理的推行.
Reliability is an important index of the quality of product or engineering project. In order to increase the reliability index in quality,the paper provides three problems of understanding,from the present situation of petroleum industry, the first is the dual nature and systematicness of reliability engineering, the second is the activity and comprehensity of reliability management and the third is the importance and urgency of reliability education. The paper may help to carry out the reliability technique and reliability management, if these three understanding problems are solved.
