摘要
技术转移体系是国家创新系统的重要组成,是沟通高校、科研机构与企业间技术供需的桥梁。德国技术转移体系具有合理的层次结构和先进的运作模式,极大地促进了德国科技成果的转化,对于我国技术转移体系构建具有良好的借鉴意义。
The strong technology innovation ability and efficient National Innovation System do great contribution to Germany economy development. Technology transfer system is an important part of the NIS, and it is the bridge between the supply and demand produced by the science ＆ technology institutes and enterprises. This article introduces and analyses the technology transfer system in Germany, and takes its success as reference for building technology transfer system in China.
