摘要
日照港矿石机械化采制样系统中应用机器人进行水分在线测试及制样,使进口铁矿石在卸货过程中实现水分检测与卸货过程同步进行,并且在卸完船后可以直接得到0.210 mm以下的试样,实现了机械化采制样系统中水分在线检测和在线同步制样。通过优化设计在2套铁矿石机械化采样系统中用1台机器人进行在线水分测定及样品制备,使得系统流程更合理、先进。
The paper presents the on-line moisture testing and sample preparation by a robot in the mechanical sampiing and preparation system at Rizhao Port. As a result, the moisture testing and unloading of imported iron ore can be carried out synchronously, and -0. 210 mm test samples can be directly obtained after unloading, realizing a synchronous on-line moisture testing and sample preparation in the mechanical sampling and preparation system. Through an optimized design, only one robot is used for on-line testing and sample preparation in the two systems for iron ore mechanical sampiing, making the system more rational and advanced.
