摘要
建立了液力缓速器、行车制动器和整车的数学模型,利用Matlab/simulink组建了重型车制动性能仿真模型,模型包括液力缓速器模块和行车制动系统模块两部分。对液力缓速器各挡位试验、仿真数据分析表明,两者吻合程度较好;紧急制动时的车速、制动距离仿真表明,液力缓速器参与工作时制动效果更明显,从而证明了该仿真模型的正确性。
The math models of hydraulic retarder, service brake system and complete vehicle were established in this paper,the simulation model of braking performance was built by using Matlab/Simulink,which included hydraulic retarder module and service brake system module.The gear shift tests and simulation data showed that they were approximately identical;the speed and braking distance in emergency braking simulation showed that the brake effects with hydraulic retarder were better,thus the simulation model is accurate.
