摘要 介绍了一种新型的交织双轴向纬编针织结构,以高强涤纶作针织纱.玻璃纤维为衬经和衬纬纱线编织出织物样品,采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)加工成复合材料,通过对不同拉伸方向、不同铺层的拉伸试验进行比较,探讨了该复合材料的拉伸性能.结果表明,单层铺层复合材料经纬向的拉伸性能存在较大的差异,拉伸曲线存在拐点,采用双层90°铺层可减少复合材料经纬向拉伸性能的差异,并有效地提高复合材料的拉伸力学性能. A new kind of biaxial weft knitted structure was presented. The fabric sample produced with high tenacity polyester as knitting yarn and glass fibers as warp and weft yarns was used to fabricate composites through VARTM (vacuum assisted resin transfer molding) process. The tensile properties of the composites tested in different directions and made by different lamination methods were analyzed. The experimental results showed that there was a relatively huge difference between the warp and weft directions for the composite reinforced with single layer fabric. An inflexion point in the tensile curve was also observed in this case. For the composite reinforced with double orthogonal layer fabrics, the difference of the tensile properties between the warp and weft directions was reduced and the tensile performance was effectively improved.
