摘要
在对多轴联动的矢量分解基础上,采用矢量分解的数学理论进行运动速度的分解,完成了对LMC20型运动控制器的多轴直线联动程序的设计。应用CodeSys软件的CFC功能块语言,编制了适用于LMC20型运动控制器的多轴直线联动程序,并介绍了编制此程序的方法和过程,为LMC20型运动控制器的直线联动设计提供了理论基础和解决方法。
Based on the analysis of vector decomposition of multi-axis linkage, by adopting mathematical theory of vector decomposition, velocity decomposition of motion is conducted ; and program design for multi-axis linear linkage in LMC20 motion controller is completed. With the function block language of CodeSys software, the program suitable for LMC20 motion controller is written ~ the method and procedures of the program are introduced. It provides theory foundation and solution of linear linkage design for LMC20 motion controller.
