不同光照处理对吉祥草生理生化特性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 研究了吉祥草在不同的自然光照处理条件下对其叶片中叶绿体色素含量的变化、质膜相对透性、MDA含量、POD活性、SOD活性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量以及游离脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:在遮荫强度为92.3%的条件下,吉祥草叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量以及类胡萝卜素含量均达到最大值;遮荫可引起吉祥草质膜透性增加;随着遮荫强度的增加,MDA、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量减小,POD酶活性降低;在97.0%的遮荫强度条件下SOD酶活性较高;游离脯氨酸含量在92.3%的遮荫强度下含量最高。遮荫强度为92.3%是吉祥草生长的适宜光照条件。 The effects of different illumination treatments on variation of chloroplast pigment, relative membrane permeability, content of MDA and soluble sugar and soluble protein, activities of POD and SOD, and content of free proline of pink reineckia (Reineckea carrtea) were studied. The results showed that contents of chla, chlb, total chloroplast and carotenoid were highest under shade intensity of 92.3%. The relative membrane permeability increased with shade intensity. The content of MDA, soluble sugar, soluble protein and activity of POD decreased with increasing of shade intensity. The activities of SOD were highest under shade intensity of 97.0%, and free proline content was the highest under shade intensity of 92.3% . The results suggested that shade intensity of 92.3% was suitable for the growth of pink reineckia.
