摘要
介绍了采用Barnes逐步订正客观分析、带通滤波等方法,建立的基于自动气象站高时空分辨率观测资料的精细天气分析和业务应用系统。系统提供了地面风、压、温、湿等气象要素分布及反映大气近地面层动力、热力和湿度条件的物理量产品,并通过MICAPS系统显示,可为灾害天气的监测预警提供精细分析资料。以2006年4月28日影响山东的一次强飑线过程为例,检验了系统分析结果的可靠性和业务应用价值,对业务使用的自动气象站观测资料质量控制、短时预报思路进行了探讨。
A surface mesoanalysis system has been developed to take advantage of automated surface observing system (ASOS) data that are becoming available in real-time for operational nowcasting. It is designed using Barnes schemes of successive corrections and the bandpass filtering technique, and many mesoanalysis products can be displayed by MICAPS system, it is useful for forecaster to analysis and correct the prediction for the nowcasting of severe weather. As a verification study examples, a severe thunderstorm attacked Shandong province on 28 Apr. , 2006 is analyzed, the results indicate that the system has good effect in watching the real-time evolution of meso-scale weather features, but the quality control of ASOS is key and difficult questions. The discusses about how to make nowcasting using ASOS, radar and satellite data are given.
