摘要 为优化航空器用铝合金2D70的化学成分,采用常温力学性能、硬度检测、高温性能、电导率、抗应力腐蚀等各项理化检测等研究手段,研究了Cu、Mg、Si、Fe和Ni等元素在该合金中的作用,得出了各元素在该合金中的最佳范围。试验结论是Fe、Ni含量应控制在1.0%(wt%)左右,Si含量应作为杂质控制在0.15%~0.25%范围之间,Cu含量控制在中下限,Mg含量控制在中上限。 For optimization composition of aluminum alloy 2D70. The action of element in alloy including Cu,Mg, Si ,Fe and Ni was studied using diagrams plotted by lib and σ b, σ 0.2, δ values ,charts list by elevated temperature, conductivity and SCC. The results show that content of Fe, Ni should be approximately 1.0% (wt%) ,content of Si should be 0.15%-0.25%, the content of Cu should be middle and low limit, content of Mg should be middle and high limit.
