摘要
3900/450文化纸机的自动化控制,除了纸机电气传动控制系统以外,其他的控制系统形成若干个多分支的子系统,各系统之间协调控制。公共直流母线在纸机传动控制系统中的应用从结构上转变以往的变频传动模式控制,合理地利用整流与逆变模块,实现系统的模块化控制,并有效地抑制谐波干扰,简化了结构,节省能源并减少资金投入。在硬件和软件上都应用冗余配置,进一步满足纸机传动控制的稳定性与精度要求。
For the automatic control of 3900/450 fine paper machines, in addition to the electric drive control system of the paper machine, other control systems form a subsystem of several multibranches with the coordination control among the substems were studied. The application of common DC bus in the control system of paper machine drive changed the traditional frequency conversion driving mode control in the structure, the rectification and inversion modules were rationally utilized for the modular control of the whole system and the harmonic interference was effectively inhibited, the structure was simplified, the energy source was saved and the financial investment was reduced. The redundant configuration was utilized in both hardware and software and the stability and accuracy requirement of the paper machine drive control were satisfied in a further step.
